I was a first time buyer and really nervous and intimidated by the process of buying a home. Pam immediately put my mind at ease. At every next step my confidence and trust in her ability increased. I picked Pam within all the Zillow realtors due to her good reviews, and I am glad I did. She is very professional, tries to understand what you are looking for, helps you narrow your search, guides you through the whole process, sends you reminder to make sure you don't miss anything and goes the extra mile to help you where you need it. Finally, she does not stop the day you close on the house, she stays around to bring support where you might need her. I rarely saw that level of professionalism and customer care.

Pam did an outstanding job helping us find a home. She is very thorough and kept us up to date throughout. We had some hurdles to get over and Pam was very patient and assisted us. She got to know our wishes & wants. Pam is very professional and had our best interests at all times. She followed up after the sale. We would highly recommend her.

Pam was fantastic to work with! She was quick to respond to any request and take care of everything we needed thoroughly. I couldn't recommend anyone else as a realtor after having worked with her.
